The heart and soul of Fisher Financial Group are husband and wife team, Shelley and Murray Fisher. Shelley’s career in financial services commenced in banking and finance where she spent ten years with a major bank in lending and assisting rural consultants. From here she broadened her knowledge by moving across to insurance, working with a general insurance broker. Armed with this wealth and experience and knowledge, Shelley commenced her career in Financial Planning in 2001.

Murray, the other half of this operation, spent 12 years in the agricultural industry, managing the local branch of a national agricultural distributor. Prior to this Murray developed operated a successful retail business in Narrogin that is still going strong after 30 years. Shelley and Murray joined forces in the financial planning business in 2010. They share a passion for their local community, being active on the Shire and various boards and committees, and have a first hand understanding of the unique situations faced by country people, both on a personal and business level.

Fisher Financial Group was born out of a desire to harness the expertise and personalities of the Fisher partnership to deliver a committed service to clients.
